Foreign Minister Zaoralek signs the book of condolences at the Royal Thai Embassy

On 19 October 2016, H.E. Mr. Lubomir Zaoralek, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, paid a visit to the Royal Thai Embassy in Prague to sign the book of condolences on the passing of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand who passed away on 13 October 2016.

H.E. Mr. Zaoralek expressed, on behalf of the Government of the Czech Republic and people of the Czech Republic, deepest condolences to the Royal Family, the Government and the people of Thailand. He also wrote that Thailand has lost a figure of exceptional human qualities, a symbol of sustainable development and unity of Thailand, who earned love and respect, not only from the Thai people, but the people around the world.

Earlier this week, H.E. Mr. Milos Zeman, President of the Czech Republic, H.E. Mr. Bohuslav Sobotka, Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, and H.E. Mr. Zaoralek, sent messages of condolences to the Royal Family of Thailand, the Government and the people of Thailand through diplomatic channel.
