High school girl student sent for psychosocial rehabilitation

The high school girl student in Bua Yai district of Nakhon Ratchasima has been sent to Nakhon Ratchasima Shelter for Children and Families for rehabilitation after she was reported to stay absence from school for almost a week.

The Ministry of Social Development and Human Security instructed that she be sent there for psychosocial rehabilitation.

The girl was reported to have affair with her school director.

According to earlier allegations, the school director had been in regular contact with the girl at the Matthayom 2 educational level, in his school through Line application.

The director has been transferred out of the school and a fact-finding committee was set up to investigation allegations that he had an affairs with her at the school.

He is still taking sick leave, but had promised to see Bua Yai police to answer the allegations tomorrow.

Acting educational officer of Nakhon Ratchasima Mr Suvit Srichai said the fact finding committee was ordered to finish the investigation within 120 days.

If the investigation proves the director was guilty as alleged, he would be either suspended from duty or fired.

The school director was earlier faulted for having committed an indecent act with a Pathom 6 student at another school and was disciplined with his salary cut by 5 percent for two months after the student's parents entered into a compromise deal with the director. He was later transferred to the current school in Bua Yai district.
