Bangkok: The Ministry of Digital Economy and Society has issued a warning to the public to avoid fraudulent online driver’s license application websites. This caution comes after nearly 20,000 complaints were filed by both Thai citizens and foreigners.

According to Thai News Agency, the Department of Land Transport and the Cyber Police have identified and confirmed the illegitimacy of these online pages. The authorities are urging individuals to only apply for driver’s licenses through official channels to avoid potential scams. The Ministry emphasizes the importance of ensuring the authenticity of online platforms before providing personal information.
