— Appoints new Australian MD and SVP to lead Customer Research Practice
PRINCETON, New Jersey, Dec. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — As a result of recent strong growth in Asia Pacific, global business intelligence firm ORC International announces the appointment of a new dedicated Managing Director to run its Australian business, and a new Senior Vice President, Customer Research- Asia.
Effective January 1, 2015, Craig Young will assume the post of Managing Director, Australia where he will oversee the Australian client service function. Young has been with the firm since 2004. He has successfully led the company’s public sector practice in Australia as Managing Director, Government and Social- a role he will continue to manage alongside his new appointment. Craig is based in Sydney and will report to Greg Wayman, ORC International’s Asia Pacific Managing Director.
ORC International also announces the appointment of Mia Wong to Senior Vice President, Customer Research- Asia. Based in Hong Kong, Wong will take responsibility for growing the portfolio of Customer Research in the Asia region. She has extensive experience in the field of Customer Research and has been instrumental to the growth of the Customer practice in Asia.
