AMSTERDAM, SAN DIEGO and SINGAPORE, Jan. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Deal to provide Dealer Management Systems for a global vehicle manufacturer will serve more than 15,000 users across 1,000 franchised dealerships in China, Japan and Asia. For SaaSplaza, the deal will be worth more than USD$10 million over the next five years.
In partnership with incadea, SaaSplaza will deliver and manage the Cloud Services that power incadea’s full Dealer Management System (DMS) product portfolio, which is built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM.
The incadea portfolio includes incadea.myengine, CRM solution and the mobile solution for the customer facing processes in sales and aftersales. This contract also includes incadea’s business intelligence and analytics solution for centralised business data consolidation at a national level, to enable improved forecasting and planning.
Cloud delivery for the solution was chosen by the global customer to simplify the roll out process, to guarantee consistency across all dealers and to ensure that each dealer is linked in real-time to the more than 30 back-end systems of the car manufacturer.
Deployment of the systems for several countries has already begun in the Asia-Pacific region, where the deal covers Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, China and India.
