Chiang mai: Tourists are flocking to Chiang Mai to set up tents and enjoy the cool breeze, as temperatures drop and fog blankets the region. Doi Pui peak recorded a temperature of 17 degrees Celsius this morning, accompanied by thick fog. Similarly, Doi Pha Hom Pok also offered fresh air and a vast expanse of fog.

According to Thai News Agency, the cold weather has attracted tourists to the Doi Pui viewpoint in Doi Suthep National Park, the closest spot to Chiang Mai. Visitors are taking the opportunity to experience the cold weather, stargaze, and admire the city lights. Although the temperature was 17 degrees Celsius this morning, the thick fog obscured the view of Chiang Mai from above.

At Doi Pha Hom Pok National Park in Fang District, holidaymakers were camping at Mon Son to savor the cool climate. The temperature there was 11 degrees Celsius, providing a refreshing atmosphere. In the morning, tourists enjoyed the fresh air and a vast sea of mist. Many couples took commemorative photos against this picturesque backdrop. As temperatures in northern Thailand are anticipated to drop further, Chiang Mai’s high mountains continue to allure visitors eager for the cold weather experience.
