Trump urged Kim to make peace with video

US President Donald Trump apparently surprised his North Korean counterpart Kim Jong Un yesterday when he showed him during their first summit a short Hollywood-style video to convince him of the necessity to have pace on the Korean peninsula.

The four-minute video, commissioned by the White House, paints a horrific picture of the world if peace cannot be achieved and highlights the importance of the summit.

Featuring President Donald Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un, in a meeting to remake history, to shine in the sun, the narrator said.

President Trump said he urged Kim and other North Korean officials attending the summit in Singapore to watch the video on an iPad. I think he loved it, the president was quoted as saying by US media which said he also gave the North Koreans their own copy.
