Bangkok: NRPT brings 100% Plant-based products and products to THAIFEX, bringing ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat food served hot at the event, along with the launch of ready-to-eat Thai curry with plant-based meat, authentic Thai flavor, meat-free version, delicious, easy, worry-free.

According to Thai News Agency, Newtra Regenerative Protein Co., Ltd. (NRPT), a joint venture between Innobic (Asia) Co., Ltd. and Nov Foods Co., Ltd., is showcasing its plant-based offerings at THAIFEX-ANUGA ASIA 2025, Asia’s largest food and beverage trade show. The event, scheduled from 27-31 May 2025 at IMPACT Challenger Halls 1-3, features a variety of ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat plant-based foods. These include products such as minced meat, patties, meatballs, sausages, nuggets, and gyoza. This year, NRPT has introduced new items like barbecued pork buns, tonkatsu pork, and spring rolls, and is collaborating with several world-class brands.

NRPT has also partnered with Asia Ampol Foods to introduce the world’s first ready-to-eat Thai curry with plant-based meat under the Roy Thai Ready brand. This innovative product, which uses a modern retort process for packaging, aims to elevate Thai cuisine’s global standing by offering dishes with rich, spicy flavors and aromatic curry paste, mixed with plant-based meat. The selection includes Man Man Curry, Green Curry, Panang Curry, Thick Tom Yum, Khao Soi, and Pad Krapow. NRPT’s manufacturing facility in Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya, supports both domestic and international future food industry operators using advanced UK manufacturing technology. In its first year, NRPT has expanded to 15 countries, with significant markets in the UK and USA (25%), Canada (15%), and Australia/New Zealand (12%). The Thai market has also shown steady growth, making up about 10% of sales. Popular products include plant-based chicken tenders, minced meat, and nuggets.

The plant-based market is experiencing rapid growth, with a projected CAGR of 19.8% until 2030, driven by consumer demand in major markets like the United States and Europe seeking innovative and diverse food options.
