Bangkok: The Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC) has expressed confidence that 118 districts will successfully rent and utilize technology equipment for students and teachers, while also preparing for potential flooding due to Tropical Storm Rakasa. According to Thai News Agency, Acting Sub-Lieutenant Thanu Wongchinda, Secretary-General of OBEC, chaired the 35th/2025 OBEC Executive Meeting to discuss the progress of
