Auntie Nien, 60 years old, from Trang Municipality, has opened a noodle shop called 'Auntie Nien's Noodles' on Rat Uthit 1 Road or at the entrance of Trang Hospital Alley, from the side of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Rakchan Branch, for about 40 years. She has been selling since the price of 5 baht per bowl with 3 types of curry for customers to ladle and pour over as they like: fish curry, fish roe, and chili paste. Later, another soup was added, which is green chicken curry. Currently, the price has been increased to 30 baht per bowl, except for green chicken curry, which is 35 baht per bowl. In addition, there are fried chicken and fish c akes for sale together, with a full tray of vegetables on the side for customers to eat for free. There is also a special mixed vegetable salad menu.
