Actor Ton Jakkrit Hospitalized with Gallstones, Undergoes CT Scan

Bangkok: Ton Chakrakrit was admitted to the hospital immediately after experiencing severe abdominal pain. Doctors diagnosed gallstones and are awaiting the results of a CT scan.

According to Thai News Agency, fans have been sending support to actor Ton Jakkrit, 56, after he was rushed to the hospital due to severe stomach pain on October 29, 2015. Following a thorough examination, doctors identified gallstones as the cause of his discomfort.

Ton Jakkrit updated his fans via a TikTok live session, disclosing his gallbladder condition. He described the pain as intense, radiating to his back, prompting an immediate hospital visit at 3 a.m. He mentioned discussing symptoms with Num Kanchai through Line, noting differences in their conditions. A CT scan is scheduled to further analyze his symptoms, with potential surgical intervention if necessary.

Regarding his diet, Ton shared that he’s been consuming minimal food, managed by his mother preparing meals like fried gourami and rice porridge. He could only eat small portions, lacking energy to consume more. Recently, his sister’s fried pork provided slight relief, constituting his sole meal. He planned to eat banana cake but missed the opportunity during a live chat.

Ton highlighted challenges faced without a gallbladder, particularly dietary adjustments. Successful management of eating habits post-surgery is considered fortunate, given the diverse eating patterns among individuals. He emphasized the complexity of maintaining normal eating habits without a gallbladder.
