Bangkok: AIS celebrates its 35th anniversary with a continued commitment to its “Thinking Ahead” mission by donating funds to support medical equipment at Khao Yoi Hospital in Phetchaburi.
According to Thai News Agency, the event titled “AIS 35th Anniversary: Uniting Hearts to Support Hospitals in Need” reflects AIS’s gratitude towards Thai society, as well as its dedication to returning care to the community. The initiative successfully raised over 6,200,000 baht to provide medical equipment and improve waiting areas at Umphang Hospital in Tak Province and Khao Yoi Hospital in Phetchaburi Province. This achievement underscores the collective effort of individuals who have worked together to build a robust foundation for the country’s future.
AIS’s “Thinking Forward” mission was further highlighted through public health support and the “Tharn Nam Jai” activity, which shared food, warmth, and smiles with residents of Khao Yoi in Phetchaburi Province. Ms. Kantima Leolertyuttitham, AIS’s Deputy Chief Corporate Officer, led the event, emphasizing the company’s evolution from a telecommunications service provider to a “driver of equal opportunity.” The initiative is guided by the principle that “Society and the company must grow together,” striving to balance business success with social value, thus transforming challenges into opportunities for the community.
