Anutin Arrives in Electric Car for Bhumjaithai Party’s 18th Anniversary Celebration

Bangkok: Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, arrived at the Bhumjaithai Party headquarters in an electric car to mark the party's 18th anniversary. Anutin, also the leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, was joined by Deputy Ministers of Interior, Jetset Thaiseth, Polpeerap Suwannachawi, and Worasit Liengprasit. The event featured a merit-making ceremony.

According to Thai News Agency, Anutin's electric car drew attention due to its changed license plate, now reading "SN 32" from the previous "JT 32." Reporters noted the registration was in the name of Mr. Seranee Chanvirakul, Anutin's daughter, whose nickname is "SN." When queried by the media about the car's ownership, Anutin humorously remarked, "The whole ministry is in it," and described the ride as "nice and quiet."

During the event, Mr. Anutin met with Mr. Sakoltee Phatthiyakul, deputy leader of the Democrat Party, who offered congratulations with a bouquet of flowers. The celebration included both Islamic and Buddhist ceremonies, conducted on the 4th floor of the party headquarters.

At 10:13 AM, representatives from the Pheu Thai Party, including leader Mr. Chulaphan Amornvivat and party secretary-general Mr. Prasert Chantharawongthong, extended their wishes for a successful year and a strong government.

Following the ceremonies, Anutin and other party members shared a meal before attending a Bhumjaithai Party meeting scheduled for 1:00 PM.
