Bangkok: Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul, in his role as leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, led the party-list and constituency MPs to report to the Secretariat of the House of Representatives after obtaining their certificates from the Election Commission.

According to Thai News Agency, upon arrival, Anutin was welcomed by party leaders and MPs. During his walk through an agricultural market and nearby shops, he purchased two tank tops, one short-sleeved shirt, and one long-sleeved shirt, and engaged with vendors about the government's co-payment scheme.

Anutin paused to wait for MPs arriving by bus, including Mr. Chaiyanok Chidchob, Mr. Chada Thaiseth, Mr. Santi Promphat, Mr. Paradorn Prisnanantakul, and Mr. Ekanat Promphan, before proceeding to level B1 for registration. After completing his registration, he met with Bhumjaithai Party leaders and the media, mentioning his plan to return to Government House for a meeting on energy measures.

Discussion regarding the position of Speaker of the House of Representatives, potentially involving Mr. Sophon Saram, will occur at the Bhumjaithai Party seminar on March 8th. Anutin stated that details about coalition government participation will be revealed in due time.

The Speaker of the House is expected to determine a date for the Prime Minister selection, with a possibility of Parliament convening in March. Although previous registration showed cooperation, it was deemed somewhat insufficient. Today, the expectation is for registration numbers to increase to approximately 300. Since morning, there has been a steady stream of members arriving at Parliament to register post-certification from the Election Commission.
