South Korea, the host country, went above and beyond by bringing in the famous K-pop artist G-Dragon to entertain and impress the APEC leaders and their followers.

According to Thai News Agency, the banquet, held last night at the Lahan Select Hotel in Gyeongju, was attended by around 400 APEC leaders, their spouses, and other guests, including Chinese President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul and his wife.

G-Dragon, whose real name is Kwon Ji-yong, is a famous rapper, songwriter, producer, and fashion icon of South Korea. He is known as the leader of the boy band Big Bang and was instrumental in making Big Bang famous until it became a world-class boy band and is the person who changed the K-pop industry forever.
