Arrest Warrant Issued for Ajarn Aod in Defamation Case

Bangkok: An arrest warrant has been issued for "Ajarn Aod" due to his failure to appear as a witness in a defamation case involving "Lawyer Decha". The legal proceedings have taken a new turn as the bail guarantor for Ajarn Aod has been fined and the case has been temporarily dismissed.

According to Thai News Agency, the court had scheduled a hearing for witness testimony between Lawyer Decha, who is the plaintiff, and Mr. Veerachai, also known as Professor Aod, the defendant, in the defamation case.
