Bang Khen School Scandal: Students Accuse Teacher of Sexual Misconduct

Bangkok: A class of sixth-grade students from a prestigious school in Bang Khen has come forward with allegations against a teacher accused of inappropriate behavior. The students reported their grievances to the popular Facebook page "Sai Mai Must Survive," claiming that the teacher, identified as part of the LGBT community, had "groped" their crotches.

According to Thai News Agency, both teachers and student representatives are actively seeking justice for the alleged misconduct that has reportedly impacted nearly 20 students. These incidents, which reportedly began when the students were in the 10th grade (M.4), have led to severe emotional distress among the victims, with some even contemplating suicide. Despite reporting these incidents to the school, no action has been taken.

The Facebook page "Sai Mai Must Survive" is now preparing to assist the victims in filing a police report. They are also coordinating with the Ministry of Education to ensure a swift investigation into the allegations. There are calls for the teacher in question, who has a history of similar complaints and transfers from his previous school, to be suspended from duty while the investigation is ongoing.
