Bangkok: Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited has issued a statement to clarify its business operations, explicitly stating that it does not export oil to Cambodia. The corporation emphasized its adherence to government regulations by asserting that it neither conducts fuel-related business in Cambodia nor transports fuel by road or sea to the country.

According to Thai News Agency, Bangchak Corporation ensures that its oil shipments to neighboring countries are executed only with proper purchase orders and complete commercial documents, strictly adhering to the specified destinations. The company complies with the stringent regulations laid out by respective government agencies, which include strict adherence to licenses and customs procedures for importing, exporting, and transiting fuel. The regulations also explicitly prohibit the re-transportation of fuel to third countries.

Bangchak Corporation reiterated its commitment to national and energy security. It expressed solidarity with officials, military personnel, police officers, and others working in border areas amidst ongoing unrest, hoping for a swift resolution to the situation.
