Bangkok: BCPG moves forward to expand its investment, signing a share purchase agreement for 32 solar rooftop projects with a production capacity of 17.5 megawatts, worth over 200 million baht, strengthening the potential of the clean energy business in the form of a Private PPA.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Rawee Boonsinsuk, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of BCPG Public Company Limited, revealed that on July 14, 2025, the company signed a share purchase agreement for the Solar Rooftop project with a total installed capacity of 17.5 megawatts. This was achieved by acquiring a 100 percent stake in Scan Advance Power Company Limited from Contorno Company Limited and Prom Power Company Limited for a total value not exceeding 211.6 million baht. This investment is an expansion of the Solar Rooftop portfolio that sells electricity in the form of a private power purchase agreement (Private PPA). Revenue from the investment can be recognized immediately after the share purchase is completed.
