According to Thai News Agency, "Nong Pim Seafood Restaurant," located on Mae Ramphung Beach in Rayong Province, is currently trending on social media. The restaurant is receiving praise for creating opportunities for people with disabilities and the elderly by employing them, providing transportation, and offering three free meals a day.

The restaurant employs elderly and disabled individuals, each fulfilling their respective responsibilities. Some prepare ingredients, some cook, and others serve food. These individuals, despite their challenges, work tirelessly to ensure customers receive timely service. Their resilience is evident as they navigate their tasks, often requiring slow and cautious movement, yet they continue without complaint.

Ms. Natthawarin Wongphutphad, the owner of "Nong Pim," shared that the restaurant has been operational for over 30 years. She took over management from her father and initiated the hiring of elderly and disabled individuals to provide them with employment opportunities, as these groups often face difficulties in finding jobs. The restaurant operates like a family, and the social media recognition has positively impacted customer numbers, resulting in a continuous flow of patrons.
