Bangkok: The body of Hlun Solo has been repatriated to Thailand, arriving early this morning on Turkish Airlines flight TK 58 from Istanbul, Turkey. His sister and brother were present at the cargo area to receive his remains, which will be examined at the Institute of Forensic Science, Ministry of Justice. This procedure aims to ensure transparency before his body is returned to his hometown in Kalasin Province for a three-night funeral service.

According to Thai News Agency, along with Hlun's body, his passport has been returned, although his other belongings remain with Georgian authorities pending further investigation. These items will be returned to Thailand through the Embassy once the investigation concludes. The official autopsy results are still being processed, with the Embassy closely monitoring the timeline.

At 7:50 AM, a convoy of vans was observed at Suvarnabhumi Airport's cargo inspection station, ready to receive Mr. Bowornthat Pengsuk, known as "Hlun Solo." The convoy included vehicles from Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Faculty of Political Science, Chulalongkorn University, where Hlun was once a student.

By 8:00 AM, a pickup truck escorted the vehicle carrying Hlun's body, a white Toyota Alphard, out of the airport. The necessary paperwork and procedures were completed, and the body is now en route to the Institute of Forensic Science for an autopsy. The examination seeks to determine the cause of death before the body is returned to Kalasin Province for religious ceremonies.

The National Institute of Forensic Science has indicated that the investigation will be thorough and time-consuming, requiring detailed laboratory analysis and coordination with Georgian authorities to ensure precise communication and findings.
