According to Thai News Agency, around August 2025, the actor Boy Pakorn experienced abnormal neck swelling due to salivary gland inflammation. He initially received treatment involving a tracheostomy to drain saliva, which partially subsided but subsequently returned.

Yesterday, Boy underwent surgery to address the salivary gland inflammation. His girlfriend, Faye Pornpawee, was by his side throughout the process, acting as his personal nurse and caring for him constantly.
