Bangkok: A company associated with the Ang Thong oil depot has submitted crucial transportation invoices and tax documents to the Consumer Protection Police Division (CPPD), affirming the legitimacy and compliance of their operations.
According to Thai News Agency, company representatives presented these documents to investigators at the CPPD, expressing confidence in their evidence to substantiate proper conduct in their dealings with the Ang Thong oil depot. The documents submitted include transport manifests and tax invoices, covering transactions from March 1st to 18th, which are essential for verifying the origin and sales routes of the oil.
Ms. Am, a spokesperson for the company, clarified that while direct discussions with the Ang Thong oil depot have not occurred, she believes no issues will arise as both parties possess supporting documentation. The company acts as a "coordinator or supplier," with initial concerns stemming from alleged missing shipping documents. Though no formal charges have been filed, Ms. Am anticipates that the matter will resolve once all documents are reviewed.
The company is adamant about the legality of its operations and has maintained normal business activities, suggesting the issue may have been due to a miscommunication or documentation discrepancy. Ms. Am assured that the company has complete evidence and is cooperating fully with the investigation.
