Central Pattana Invests 500 Million Baht in New Year’s Eve Countdown Event to Welcome 2026

Bangkok: Central Pattana Public Company Limited, in collaboration with various government and private sector organizations, is preparing to host the centralwOrld Bangkok Countdown 2026 The Original – A Tribute To Love at CentralWorld. The company is investing over 500 million baht in this grand New Year’s Eve celebration that will feature over 500 artists.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Nattakit Tangpolsinthana, Chief Marketing Officer of Central Pattana, announced that the event is being organized in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and other agencies. The celebration will not only take place at CentralwOrld but will also span 13 other countdown landmarks across the nation. The event aims to connect all regions with a concert featuring over 500 artists and includes six world-class phenomena. These include the longest cityscape fireworks display, a new format of colors designed to enhance the Bangkok skyline, and a global-level countdown experience with spectacular lighting, sound, and performances by top global T-Pop artists.

Additionally, a new digital countdown concert stage and a Drone Show will send a message to the world. The Thailand Countdown 2026 events are set to occur at Central shopping malls throughout Thailand, featuring the “Love Unites Us All” phenomenon. This includes hundreds of thousands of synchronized fireworks displays in locations such as Khon Kaen, Chiang Mai, Ayutthaya, Phitsanulok, Mahachai, Pattaya Marina, Rayong, Korat, Samui, Hat Yai, Sriracha, and Chanthaburi. These events are expected to attract over 1.5 million participants, generate over 50 million global views, and stimulate the economy and tourism.
