Bangkok: Chef Wichit Mukura is set to showcase two delectable snack recipes on the popular program “Top Chef Thai” this Sunday on Channel 9, press 30. The show, airing at 3:00 p.m., promises to take viewers on a culinary journey, blending home cooking with fine dining.

According to Thai News Agency, this week’s episode features Chef Wichit alongside his brother as they demonstrate the creation of “Fried Chicken Tendons,” a snack known for its crispy and chewy texture achieved by frying twice. The dish, enhanced with fried lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves, offers a well-balanced salty flavor complemented by a fragrant dipping sauce.

In addition to the chicken tendons, Chef Wichit will also prepare “Fried Egg with Shrimp and Minced Pork.” This innovative twist on a traditional side dish involves stir-frying eggs with minced pork and shrimp, seasoned with sauce, sugar, and a hint of spice, resulting in a dish that balances sweet, salty, and spicy flavors.
