According to Thai News Agency, at 9:00 AM, Mr. Chulaphan Amornvivat, Minister of Labour, arrived at the Ministry of Labour for his first day in office. He paid respects to the sacred objects within the ministry. He was welcomed by Ms. Buppha Ruangsut, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Labour, along with executives, civil servants, and staff of the Ministry.
After paying respects to the sacred objects at the Ministry of Labour, Mr. Chulaphan went up to his office, held a meeting with heads of various departments, and reiterated his work approach, emphasizing the urgent and concrete implementation of government policies. This included, in particular, managing labour in a systematic way that aligns with the needs of the economic sector, as well as carrying out various missions according to policies that will be announced later. He affirmed his readiness to comprehensively and thoroughly address all issues faced by workers.
Regarding urgent tasks, following the Prime Minister's official statement of the government's policies to Parliament, the Ministry of Labour is ready to immediately implement these policies concretely. Currently, preparations are underway for the Ministry of Labour's policies to ensure continuous, efficient operation and maximum benefit for the public.
On the occasion of Mr. Chulaphan Amornvivat's first day as Minister of Labour, Mr. Sommai Suwanwong, Acting Chief Executive Officer, along with the management team of MCOT Public Company Limited, joined in congratulating him.
