Bangkok: "Chulaphan" is calling on the people of Roi Et and Kalasin to cast their votes for the Pheu Thai Party to ensure Yotsanun becomes the next Prime Minister. Mr. Chulaphan Amornvivat, leader of the Pheu Thai Party and a prime ministerial candidate, made this appeal during his campaign tour in the northeastern provinces, accompanied by parliamentary candidates from the region.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Chulaphan and the Pheu Thai Party candidates for Roi Et-Mr. Sathaporn Wongsatthanapong, Mr. Chalad Khamchong, Mr. Tanarat Sujaree, and Ms. Jiraporn Sindhuphai-held rallies in several districts, including Changhan, Mueang, and Phon Thong. In Kalasin, the party's candidates, Mr. Wirach Pimphanit, Mr. Nattawat Pimphanit, and Mr. Thinphon Sritharet, organized a rally at Namon Ratsadorn Songkhro School.
Ms. Jiraporn Sindhuphai criticized the current Bhumjaithai Party-led minority government, highlighting its failure to address significant national issues and its role in stalling legal cases. She pointed out that the Bhumjaithai Party's tenure has been marked by mismanagement and unfulfilled promises, urging voters to choose Pheu Thai to prevent Anutin Charnvirakul's return as Prime Minister.
Mr. Chulaphan cited a recent popularity poll showing Professor Chan-Yotchanan as the favored candidate due to his non-confrontational approach and policy-focused campaign. He emphasized the Pheu Thai Party's commitment to debt relief and agricultural support policies, aiming to improve citizens' lives through technological advancements and economic reforms.
Mr. Chulaphan detailed a debt relief policy offering state bank loans with low-interest rates and a debt moratorium for farmers, alongside a 30% agricultural product price guarantee. These measures aim to alleviate financial burdens, empower farmers, and ensure economic stability for families.
He concluded by reaffirming the Pheu Thai Party's dedication to reducing inequality, fostering employment, and driving national prosperity. The party's delegation at the event included prominent figures such as Mr. Anusorn Eiamsa-ard, Mr. Sutin Klangsaeng, and Mrs. Boonruen Sritharet, underscoring the party's readiness to lead the government and initiate positive change.
