Commerce Minister Supajee Votes in Pak Kret, Encourages Thais to Participate in Elections

Pak kret: "Suphajee" exercised her right to vote in Constituency 4, Pakkret. Supajee cast her vote in Constituency 4, Pak Kret, and urged all Thais to come out and vote to determine the future of the country.

According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Supajee Suthamphan, Minister of Commerce, cast her vote for members of parliament at polling station number 4, located at Prasert Islam School, Soi Prasert Islam 21, Bang Talat Subdistrict, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province. The atmosphere was lively, with citizens arriving to vote since early morning. Before the start of voting for both the parliamentary and referendum elections, election officials prepared and checked the polling booths, ensuring everything was in order. The three ballot boxes were opened for voters to inspect, and then closed according to procedure. Voting for both the parliamentary and referendum elections commenced at 8:00 AM.

For polling station number 142-146 in Constituency 4, located at Prasert Islam School, Ms. Suphajee is listed as an eligible voter at polling station number 143. This polling station has 743 eligible voters for the House of Representatives election, of whom 20 requested to vote outside their constituency and 14 requested to vote from overseas. Ms. Suphajee is listed as number 694. For the referendum election, there are also 743 eligible voters, of whom 10 requested to vote outside their constituency and 9 requested to vote from overseas.

Then, at 9:09 AM, Mrs. Suphajee arrived with her mother, youngest son, sister-in-law, and nanny. After greeting the media, she entered the polling booth, lined up according to the election procedures, showed her national identification card, and cast her vote in an orderly manner.

Ms. Suphajee urged the public to come out and exercise their right to vote, emphasizing that Election Day is another important day for the country, where every vote matters in determining the future direction.

Ms. Supajee stated that she invites all Thais to exercise their right to vote, including electing representatives in their constituencies, those on the party-list system, and the referendum on whether to approve or disapprove constitutional amendments. She emphasized, "Everyone's voice is very important. Today, I want everyone to come out and vote from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Let's work together to determine the future of our country."

Ms. Suphajee also said that she will not be going to the party headquarters anytime soon because her family has voting locations in several districts. Today, she came with her mother, sister-in-law, youngest son, and nanny who live with them. However, her son, husband, and siblings still have many more places to visit. Today, they intend to cast their votes in all the districts first.

Polling stations have seen a continuous stream of voters arriving to cast their ballots. Officials are providing assistance and maintaining order in accordance with regulations set by the Election Commission (EC). Voting for both the parliamentary elections and the referendum will be open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
