De Zerby Declares Spurs Will Spare No Expense in Their Pursuit of Success

Tottenham hotspur: Tottenham Hotspur manager Roberto De Zerbi has warned Premier League rivals that the club is prepared to continue spending on reinforcements after recently completing the £85 million deal for Savio from Manchester City, bringing their summer transfer spending to over £300 million, despite the team's opening match defeat against Brentford.

According to Thai News Agency, the Italian manager confirmed before the Carabao Cup match against Charlton that he was not under pressure regarding budget and wanted to spend more on top-class players to take Tottenham to the championship race. He pointed out that Spurs are not inferior to the big teams and there is no reason why they cannot spend money to compete with teams like Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, or Arsenal.
