"Kham" reveals that stores participating in the digital wallet project can withdraw cash when spending between stores. Please do not believe the fake news that you cannot withdraw money. Mr. Karom Polpornklang, Deputy Government Spokesperson, revealed about the case of information being released that stores participating in the digital wallet project cannot withdraw cash to spend, but can spend it at capitalists' stores. The Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce, has investigated the matter and clarified that there is a distortion in the content because the spending methods between the general public and store operators are different. The spending methods are as follows: Round 1 is spending between people and small shops up to small convenience stores. 1. People must pay for products participating in the project via the electronic payment system to shop operators who are classified as small shops up to small convenience stores as specified by the Ministry of Commerc e, excluding department stores, large national and local wholesale and retail stores. 2. There must be actual buying and selling of products. 3. It is spending at the district level, where people must have a household registration address in the same district as the small shop operator's business. 4. For buying and selling products, buyers and sellers must conduct face-to-face transactions and scan QR Codes to pay for products, and there must be no process of buying and selling that is conducted online or through a middleman, regardless of the method. And do not duplicate, forward, or use any other method with QR Codes for paying for products to avoid such face-to-face transactions. Round 2 onwards is spending between stores. 1. The store operator must pay for products participating in the project via an electronic payment system to another store operator. 2. There must be an actual purchase and sale of products. The store cannot immediately withdraw cash after the customer spends, but the store will b e able to withdraw cash when spending from the second round onwards. Cash can only be withdrawn from stores in the tax system and have the following qualifications: 1. Stores in the Value Added Tax (VAT) or Corporate Income Tax (CIT) system, or personal income tax system, only for those with assessable income under Section 40 of the Revenue Code, except for stores that are exempted from tax under the Revenue Code.
