Bangkok:Police from the Economic Crime Suppression Division (ECSD) have apprehended Ms. Panadda Wongphudee, also known as Boom Panadda, on charges of public fraud, money laundering, and violations of the Computer Crime Act. She was arrested at her residence in Narasiri Topiary Village, located in the Nawamin area of Bangkok, early this morning.

According to Thai News Agency, the operation was conducted under the direction of Police Lieutenant General Natthasak Chaowanasai, Commander of the Central Investigation Bureau, and Police Major General Tatsaphum Charupraj, Commander of the Economic Crime Suppression Division. The arrest was led by Police Colonel Chamnan Chanthet, Commander of Division 4, Economic Crime Suppression Division. Following the arrest, the investigation expanded to include searches at four locations for additional evidence.

The search operations targeted several key locations Boom Panadda's residence in the Nawamin area, which was used as the detention point; the residence and observatory of her husband, Mr. Athip, in Nong Suea District, Pathum Thani Province; a shrine construction site for the Ongkon Tham Dee Foundation in Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province; and the foundation's office in Bang Khen.
