Election Commission Chairman Inspects Ballot Printing to Ensure Transparency

Lam luk ka: The Chairman of the Election Commission has taken proactive steps to ensure the integrity of the upcoming parliamentary elections and referendum by inspecting the printing of ballots, affirming that transparency and security standards are being upheld.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Narong Klanwarin, Chairman of the Election Commission, along with his delegation, visited the Territorial Defense Printing House in Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani Province. The purpose of the visit was to oversee the printing process for ballots used in the House of Representatives elections and referendum votes. Mr. Winai Tocharoen, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Provincial Administration, welcomed the delegation. The inspection focused on the printing process, quality control, and security measures to ensure compliance with legal standards, thereby fostering confidence in the electoral process.

Later in the day, at 2:30 PM, the delegation proceeded to Chanwanich Security Printing in Phra Samut Chedi District, Samut Prakan Province. Here, the Chairman and his team monitored the progress and quality of the printing operations for both election and referendum ballots.

This initiative is part of broader preparations for the general election and referendum, aimed at ensuring all procedures are executed with honesty, fairness, and legal compliance.
