Election date for Racha Thewa Subdistrict Administrative Organization president announced after Songchai was fired

Rachathewa Subdistrict Administrative Organization The election date for the new prime minister has been set after “Songchai Nokkamin”, the famous prime minister from the Kinnaree Sao Fai Project, was dismissed by the governor. The election date has been set for 19 Nov., starting with application days 13-17 Oct. 2023.

Election Director of Racha Thewa Subdistrict Administrative Organization With the approval of the Samut Prakan Provincial Election Director, 19 November 2023 has been set as the election day for the president of Rachathewa Subdistrict Administrative Organization to fill the vacant position. And the election application date is set between 13-17 Oct. 2023 at 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (excluding public holidays) at the Rachathewa Subdistrict Administrative Organization meeting room, 4th floor.

For the by-election of the president of Rachathewa Subdistrict Administrative Organization this time, it was a result of Mr. Songchai Nokkamin, Mayor of Rachathewa Subdistrict Administrative Organization, being dismissed by the Governor of Samut Prakan Province from the position of Mayor of Rachathewa Subdistrict Administrative Organization, according to the committee. The NACC found fault in the case of a complaint alleging corruption in the procurement project for closed-circuit television (CCTV) and installation worth 75 million baht in 2014. This is the second case in which Mr. Songchai has been prosecuted. The National Anti-Corruption Commission points out the basis of the crime. Following on from the first case is The case of the purchase of 1 ladder lift fire truck with a budget of 39,950,000 baht in 2012. In addition, at present Mr. Songchai is also being investigated by the NACC in the case of the project to purchase several Kinnari sculpture light poles.
