Sa Kaeo:The flood situation in Sa Khwan Subdistrict, Mueang Sa Kaeo District, has reached a critical level, with the Khlong Phra Sathung bridge now impassable due to overwhelming water flow.

According to Thai News Agency, the Khlong Phra Sathung bridge, an essential route for residents traveling to the city and connecting to Highway 359 towards Chachoengsao Province, is completely submerged. Only tractors owned by local residents can still navigate the area.

Rescue workers and soldiers have been deployed to assist hundreds of stranded individuals. Among those trapped is a pregnant woman nearing childbirth, prompting an urgent evacuation plan.

The community is almost entirely cut off from external traffic. Authorities advise against unnecessary travel and recommend staying informed through official announcements.
