Bangkok: "Korn" remained silent while being escorted to court for remand. Khlong Tan police arrested "Nikorn," a former rescue worker, on charges of molesting actress "Kristin." He appeared tense, kept his head down, and refused to answer questions from the media.
According to Thai News Agency, this morning, investigators from Khlong Tan Police Station brought Mr. Nikorn, or Kor, the suspect in the "indecent assault" case against Ms. Kulsatree Micharaski, or Christine, a Thai-German model and actress, at a condominium in the Watthana district, to the Bangkok South Criminal Court to request a first remand order and to oppose bail. This is because the case carries a high penalty, is of public interest, and there are concerns that he might interfere with evidence if released.
However, as officers escorted the suspect into the vehicle, reporters attempted to question him about the incident, but the suspect refused to answer any questions and appeared tense, keeping his head down the entire time.
In this case, when police initially arrested Mr. Nikorn, he gave a partial confession, admitting only to "taking pictures with his mobile phone, but not committing any indecent acts." However, after intense questioning and with CCTV footage as evidence, Mr. Nikorn admitted to molesting Christine and taking pictures. He claimed he did not share the pictures with anyone and deleted them from his phone immediately after the case became widely publicized. Furthermore, he bowed and apologized to Christine, insisting he acted in a moment of anger and had never done anything like this to anyone before.
