Found and Found Sets Ambitious Strategy for 2026 Expansion

Bangkok: Found and Found has unveiled a strategic plan to enhance its beauty experience for tourists and consumers by 2026, focusing on boosting sales and expanding its customer base.

According to Thai News Agency, Found and Found is poised to open four new branches in early 2026, with a goal to exceed 30 new branch openings this year alone. This expansion aims to meet the increasing demand for beauty and health products. The brand positions itself as "The ultimate Japanese and Korean beauty destination," offering a curated selection of high-quality, trendy products that are guaranteed 100% authentic.

The company's first four branches of the year are strategically placed in prime city center locations, including The Park and Q House Lumpini. These lifestyle communities cater to modern working professionals and urban dwellers, presenting a significant opportunity to expand the customer base. Additionally, Found and Found is venturing into residential areas with its first branch in the Northeast region at the PTT Station Pak Chong Highway branch, targeting tourists and local consumers seeking beauty experiences combined with a relaxing lifestyle.

Mr. Nattapol Chujitarom, Managing Director of OR Health and Wellness Co., Ltd. (ORHW), emphasized that the goal of expanding to over 50 sales points by 2026 is a crucial growth target for Found and Found this year. The initial phase of branch openings aims to bring the brand closer to consumers in Bangkok and its surrounding areas, as well as major cities. The strategy involves selecting high-potential locations in lifestyle communities frequented by Found and Found's target consumer group, ensuring accessibility for customers at every stage of their lives.
