General Shrimp Encourages Troops and Civilians Amid Thai-Cambodian Border Tensions

Chong bok: Lieutenant General Boonsin Padklang, advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of the Army and former commander of the 2nd Army Area, visited the Chong Bok area to provide encouragement to frontline soldiers and deliver morale-boosting supplies. This visit was part of efforts to support troops amidst the ongoing security situation at the Thai-Cambodian border.

According to Thai News Agency, Lieutenant General Boonsin’s visit focused on engaging with soldiers stationed in the border region. He assessed their well-being and the execution of their duties, ensuring they received essential supplies and necessities. These efforts aimed at boosting the morale of soldiers who are committed to safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty.

Later in the day, at 4:30 PM, Lieutenant General Boonsin, representing the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army, extended his support to civilians impacted by the conflict. He visited an evacuation center in Det Udom District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, to offer encouragement to those affected by the fighting along the Thai-Cambodian border.
