Chiang mai: The Government Housing Bank (GHB) is launching a warehouse of quality second-hand homes with discounts up to 50% and a special 0% interest rate for the first two years. This initiative is part of the “Chiang Mai Bank Home Expo 68.”

According to Thai News Agency, the GHB is offering more than 400 properties, including detached houses, townhouses, semi-detached houses, commercial buildings, and condominiums. These properties are available at special prices during the expo, scheduled from September 26-28, 2025, at the Central Chiang Mai’s first-floor promotion area. Interested buyers can reserve properties at the event or at the bank’s regional branches. For those interested in properties in Bangkok and nearby areas, reservations can be made online from September 26 to October 3, 2025, with the signing of sales contracts required within three business days from the reservation date.

The bank is also providing an attractive three-step promotional offer. The first step includes a free cash voucher worth 1,000 baht for customers who reserve properties during the event and sign the sales contract within five business days. The second step offers a special interest loan of 0% per annum for the first two years for customers who apply for a loan within 45 days after signing the sales contract. The third step involves an additional cash voucher worth 1,000 baht for customers who reserve a property and transfer ownership by December 25, 2025.
