GHB Announces New Year Cash Incentive for Prompt Loan Payers

Bangkok: The Government Housing Bank (GHB) is offering a cash incentive to its customers who have demonstrated financial discipline in their loan repayments. This initiative aims to reward those with loans not exceeding 2 million baht who have consistently made timely payments for 48 months up to November 2025. Eligible customers who continue to make payments via the GHB ALL GEN app for two consecutive months, specifically in December 2025 and January 2026, will receive a 1,000 baht gift.

According to Thai News Agency, Dr. Mahatthana Ampornphisit, Managing Director of GHB, announced this initiative as part of the “New Year’s Gift 2026 Project to Promote Financial Discipline for GHB Customers.” The project is designed to reduce the financial burden on customers and stimulate economic activity during the New Year season of 2026. To qualify, customers must maintain a normal account status, ensuring their total loan amount under the same collateral does not exceed 2 million baht. Additionally, they must have made repayments no less than the bank’s minimum requirement over the past 48 months. The GHB will commence the transfer of funds to eligible customers from January 2026 onwards.

To participate, customers need to consent to receive six electronic documents through the GHB ALL GEN application or the bank’s website. These documents include loan payment receipts, notifications of changes to installment payments, and loan interest certificates, among others. Customers are also required to download the GHB ALL GEN app, link their savings account by January 31, 2026, and complete installment payments via the app for at least two consecutive months. Those with salary deduction arrangements will continue to have their payments deducted through their agency to qualify for the New Year gift, which will be transferred between January and February 2026. For further details, customers can contact the GH Bank Call Center or visit the bank’s social media pages.
