The promotional offerings include the GHB 73-Year Beyond Loan, featuring a special interest rate starting at 0.73% per year with waived collateral appraisal and mortgage registration fees. Complementing this is the GHB Beyond 73-Year Savings Bond, priced at 1 million baht per unit, with an interest rate of 1.20% per year. The bond payments are structured as monthly installments over a 2-year period, with a chance to win 3 million baht each month.
Additionally, GHB is hosting the 73rd Anniversary Beyond Secondhand Home Auction on September 19, 2026, featuring over 12,000 high-quality homes nationwide, accompanied by financing options with 0% interest loans for up to two years.
The GHB 73rd Anniversary "Good Payment, Get a Refund" project rewards customers with a 0.73% refund on loan interest paid in 2025 for those with a consistent payment history. Exclusive privileges are also available for GH BANK CROWN customers, including a savings account offering a 1.25% interest rate and a fuel card bonus.
