Nakhon pathom: Nakhon Pathom residents were amazed as 'GULF-AIS' organized the 'DREAM MATCH' tournament, bringing together celebrities and influencers to compete against local teams, igniting the spirit of local football. According to Thai News Agency, the people of Nakhon Pathom province witnessed the special football match, "DREAM MATCH: Inspiring Thai Football, Igniting Local Football," held at Thap Luang United Jan Ded Stadium in Nakhon Pathom. This event created a sensation by bringing together a team of famous influencers to compete against "Thap Luang United," a local team from the "BYD Dolphins League 3," aiming to inspire and revitalize community football. Proceeds from ticket sales were donated to provide school supplies to local schools. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Amorn Iamsriphong, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Relations, Gulf Development Public Company Limited (GULF), and Mr. Saichol Sapmakudom, Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Advanced Info Service Public C ompany Limited (AIS), who presided over the opening ceremony. The day was packed with activities, including booths from AIS, IMANE, and local vendors. Inside the stadium, a Football Clinic was held, offering football skills training led by forward Siwa Pikulhom and goalkeeper Siwapong Phankaew, along with the coaching staff of Thapluang United, who shared their knowledge with over 50 young participants. The official match featured a big surprise for the fans of Thap Luang United: the appearance of "Teng Therdthung," who took on the roles of coach, player, and captain, playing for a team of celebrity influencers and famous actors led by "Tang" Saksit Tangthong and Arthai Klomklik. Meanwhile, Thap Luang United had special guests such as "Bee" Sawich Phetwisetsiri, Nu Meter, and "Aun" Akraphat Bunnag joining the game. The match ended in a 3-3 draw in regular time, followed by a penalty shootout where Thap Luang United won with a final score of 6-5. The event concluded with AIS donating educational equipment an d digital learning resources to Wat Muang Taras School, further expanding educational opportunities for youth in the area in a sustainable manner, in line with the project's objectives.
