Industrial Bank Of Korea on Monday reported its second-quarter net income of 609.7 billion won (US$441.2 million), down 8.6 percent from a year earlier. The company said in a regulatory filing that operating profit for the April-June period fell 2.5 percent on-year to 827.6 billion won. Sales increased 22.7 percent to 8.4 trillion won. The earnings fell behind market expectations.
