During the match, Chonburi FC took the lead in the first half, with Jonathan Bolingi scoring from a penalty kick in the 29th minute. BG Pathum United equalized in the second half, with Tomoyuki Doi scoring from a tight-angle shot in the 53rd minute. Doi later secured the win for BG with a penalty kick following a handball incident in the 63rd minute, bringing the final score to 2-1. In another match, True Bangkok United faced Uthai Thani FC at home. The game saw True Bangkok reduced to 10 men early on due to a foul by Muhsen Al Ghassani.
