JAS and MONO Offer 1 Million Baht Bonus for Each Win by Thai Women’s Volleyball Team

Bangkok: JAS and MONO are stepping up their support for the Thai women's volleyball team by sponsoring them with a 1 million baht bonus for each victory in the upcoming Volleyball Nations League (VNL).

According to Thai News Agency, the major shareholders of Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS) and Mono Next Public Company Limited (MONO) have announced this incentive to encourage the team during the 2026 Nations League.

Dr. Sorach Asavaprapha, CEO of JAS, alongside executives from Monomax, recently presented a donation at the Sports Science Center located on the 3rd floor of the Sports Authority of Thailand. This donation aims to support the Thai women's national volleyball team as they compete in the second leg of the 2026 Nations League, which will be hosted by Thailand. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Somporn Chaibangyang, President of the Volleyball Association of Thailand, head coach Kiatipong Ratchatagriangrai, commonly known as "Coach Ott," and members of the national volleyball team.

Jasmine International Co., Ltd. (JAS) has committed 200,000 baht towards the team's preparation for the second round of the 2026 Women's Volleyball Nations League. This round will take place at the Indoor Stadium Huamark from June 17 to 21. Additionally, Mr. Pichit Potharamik, a major shareholder of JAS and MONO, announced a sponsorship of 1 million baht per match for victories in the Stages 2 and 3 of the VNL in Japan, serving as a morale booster for the athletes.

The Thai women's volleyball team faced challenges in the first leg of the tournament, having lost all four matches, earning only 2 points, and currently ranking 17th. The upcoming schedule for the second leg includes matches against Ukraine on June 17, Bulgaria on June 18, Canada on June 20, and the Netherlands on June 21, with all contests set to begin at 8:30 PM.
