Justice and Digital Economy Ministers Promise Disclosure of MPs Involved in Scam

Bangkok: Police Lieutenant General Ruttapol Naowarat, Minister of Justice, and Digital Economy and Society Minister Chaiyachanok Chidchob have addressed the ongoing investigation concerning 10 Members of Parliament implicated in a scam. Both ministers refrained from revealing the political party affiliation of the MPs involved, indicating that further details will be disclosed as the investigation progresses.

According to Thai News Agency, Lieutenant General Ruttapol Naowarat commented on the current status of the investigation, emphasizing the need for additional time for the working group to complete their inquiry. When reporters inquired if the MPs belonged to the same political party, Lieutenant General Ruttapol declined to respond and proceeded into the command building without providing further details.

Additionally, Minister Chaiyachanok Chidchob confirmed that the investigation is actively ongoing. He assured that the identities of the 10 MPs would be revealed, affirming, "Definitely." When questioned about the political party affiliation of the individuals, Chaiyachanok acknowledged that all 10 MPs are members of the same party.
