United states: Kirin Tantiwate, a Thai-American long-distance runner, secured the 11th position in the men's 5,000-meter race at the International Outdoor Athletics Competition held in the United States. Tantiwate completed the race with a time of 13 minutes 28.30 seconds.

According to Thai News Agency, the event, organized by FloTrack-a streaming company focused on track and field content-saw fierce competition. The race was won by Haptom Samuel from Eritrea, who set a new record with a time of 12 minutes 57.23 seconds. Gurvi Zayd from India claimed second place, finishing in 13 minutes 03.93 seconds, while Jackson Sharp from Australia took third place with a time of 13 minutes 05.22 seconds.

Despite finishing 11th, Tantiwate's performance was notable, maintaining a pace of 2.42 minutes per kilometer. Future aspirations for Tantiwate include competing in marathon events, targeting the 42.2-kilometer distance.
