Bangkok:"Kru Koy" Natcha Loychusak has introduced her first book, "Whether You Want to Get Pregnant or Not, You Must Read This," at the 31st National Book Fair (Book Expo Thailand 2026) held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The launch event was a family affair with her husband, "James" Ruangsak Loychusak, and their daughter, "Nong Meda" Andromeda Loychusak, in attendance to support her. The book is designed to guide women on health issues during pregnancy, combining scientific knowledge, personal experiences with infertility, and encouragement.
According to Thai News Agency, the book draws from Kru Koy's extensive background as a science educator and her personal journey through infertility. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biophysics and a Master's degree in Physics, and has spent years teaching and researching both domestically and internationally. Her company, Baby and Mom (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and the online platform BabyAndMom.co.th, have been pivotal in disseminating pre-pregnancy health knowledge over the past decade, now culminating in this book.
The book aims to make complex health topics accessible and urges women to understand their bodies to better plan for their health. It includes scientific insights, nutritional advice, and research on reproductive health, tailored not just for those wishing to conceive but for all women. James Ruangsak emphasized the shared responsibility of family planning, highlighting the importance of health knowledge for both partners.
