The financial results also reveal a decrease in the cost-to-income ratio from 35.0% to 34.6%, highlighting the company's ongoing commitment to leveraging digital innovation for business growth.

According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Pittaya Vorapanyasakul, CEO of Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC), emphasized that digital transformation is crucial for improving organizational efficiency, decision-making accuracy, and service quality. The company is not focusing on short-term gains but is instead investing in digital solutions to establish a foundation for long-term growth and agility. Central to this strategy is the use of data as a hub for connecting departments and refining work processes, enabling the organization to adapt to changes and create value for its members.

KTC's strategy includes expanding product reach through digital channels, utilizing data for product and service development, fostering member relationships, and optimizing internal processes. This approach is detailed in the 2025 One Report and implemented through four key strategies:

1. Reach Better: KTC has developed an e-Application for a fully digital product application process, supported by a credit assessment model for loan approvals. Enhancements to the KTC Mobile app aim to make it the main access point for information, products, and services.

2. Grow Healthier: The company focuses on sustainable growth, conducting business responsibly and transparently. This commitment has earned KTC a spot in the SandP Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 for the third year.

3. Bond Tighter: KTC prioritizes a seamless member experience across all channels, including mobile, social media, and contact centers. This involves developing tools for employee efficiency and improving transaction risk prevention.

4. Work Smarter: Internal workflows have been streamlined with digital tools and automation to reduce redundancies and enhance efficiency. The company encourages employee innovation through the Citizen Developers concept and has formed a Fusion Team to integrate business and technology expertise, exploring artificial intelligence applications in various processes.
