Bangkok:Two additional prominent foundations are under investigation and could face legal action, as revealed by Decha Kittivithayanant, known as "Lawyer Decha," during a Facebook live session. This development follows previous cases, bringing the total number of foundations currently being scrutinized to three.

According to Thai News Agency, Lawyer Decha, who serves as the president of the Network of Lawyers for Relief of Suffering, disclosed that one of these foundations is undergoing a rigorous investigation by the Department of Special Investigation (DSI). The probe was initiated after the discovery of information linked to seven bank accounts and over 7,000 interconnected financial transactions.

Furthermore, sources within political circles have reported that the Prime Minister has ordered a swift investigation, demanding continuous updates on the progress. It is anticipated that clarity on potential charges or arrest warrants will be reached within the next one to two weeks.

In a revealing hint, Lawyer Decha described the foundation's president as a man known for peculiar habits such as falling asleep on boats, carrying the elderly during floods, riding in helicopters, and standing behind shipping containers. This description has fueled speculation and intense scrutiny from the public regarding the identity of this individual.
