Bangkok: MCOT Public Company Limited organized a ceremony to offer blessings and pledge allegiance in celebration of His Majesty the King’s birthday on July 28, 2025. This event was a gesture of loyalty and commitment to the nation, attended by company executives and staff.
According to Thai News Agency, the ceremony took place in front of Administration Building 1, where an alms-giving activity was held involving 10 monks from Wat Phra Ram 9 Kanchanaphisek. The alms-giving was conducted as a royal merit offering in honor of the King’s birthday. Mr. Phatiyuth Jaisawang, the Acting Director-General, led the event with participation from executives and employees.
Following the alms-giving, a ceremony was conducted to offer auspicious blessings and take an oath to be good employees and a source of strength for the country in 2025. This act was aimed at demonstrating loyalty and gratitude for the King’s dedication to royal duties that benefit and sustain the Thai people. The ceremony underscored the commitment of MCOT employees to follow in His Majesty’s footsteps, serving the country and its people with dedication and integrity.
